Ultimate Dark Power Showdown

Ehem. Since my birthday is coming up, my best friend bought me a Nintendo DS. ....like, yeah, I was gaping my eyes open. She also got castlevania DS for me (we swapped - the DS came with a huge discount for Mario kart, which I hate but she loves), and ever since then I've sorta been playing non-stop.
So of course the only thing I can draw is Castlevania DS fanart.

Ehem. If the game didn't have such a mind-blowingly droll script and plot parts that made me look away from the pictures AND words to imagine a better line & delivery for myself, it would be 100% flawless. Otherwise a highly addictive gameplay, etc.

So Arikado is really the dark lord's 500-year-old son, and Soma is the --------- (spoiler, unless you play DS without having played the prequel AS, in which case it's spoiled for you right at the start...). But WHICH of them is the ultimate in terms of dark power fighting for the good side?
Time to pit them against each other and find out the truth once and for all....
